Was ist ideatio?
ideatio ist ein geführter Denkprozess, der dich von der ersten Marktbeobachtung bis zur fertigen Entscheidungsvorlage begleitet. Fünf Stationen, jede baut auf der vorigen auf: Verstehen, Entdecken, Entscheiden, Umsetzen, Überzeugen. Die KI stellt Fragen und ordnet deine Antworten. Gearbeitet wird mit dem, was nur du mitbringst: deiner Erfahrung mit deinem Betrieb.
Für wen ist ideatio gedacht?
Für Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmer und ihre Teams, die wissen, dass sich etwas ändern muss, und im Tagesgeschäft kaum Zeit finden, herauszufinden, was. ideatio ist für bestehende Betriebe gemacht. Wenn du erst gründen willst, ist funditio.ai der passende Weg.
Wie komme ich zu ideatio?
In zwei Schritten. Zuerst der 2030-Check: dreißig Minuten online, kostenlos, wir schauen gemeinsam, wo dein Unternehmen steht. Dann der Sprintworkshop ideatio 2030: ein Tag, an dessen Ende drei neue Geschäftschancen und eine klare Richtung stehen. Im Workshop bekommt jede Teilnehmerin und jeder Teilnehmer einen eigenen Zugangscode für die ganze Reise.
Was kostet ideatio?
Der 2030-Check ist kostenlos. Der Sprintworkshop kostet 1.950 Euro für einen Tag, netto zuzüglich Umsatzsteuer, die Zugänge für die Teilnehmenden sind enthalten. Begleitung über den Workshop hinaus und Sparring-Stunden gibt es auf Anfrage.
Kann ich ideatio auch ohne Workshop nutzen?
Den Probelauf kannst du jederzeit kostenlos machen. Die ganze Reise gibt es im Workshop, weil sie mit Begleitung am meisten bringt. Wenn du einen anderen Weg suchst, schreib mir, wir finden eine Lösung.
Was ist der Probelauf?
Der Probelauf ist die erste Station zum Ausprobieren: kostenlos, ohne Anmeldung und ohne E-Mail-Adresse. Deine Eingaben bleiben in deinem Browser. Am Ende nimmst du deine Gedanken als PDF mit. Zwanzig Minuten reichen für einen ersten Eindruck.
Wie lange gilt mein Zugang?
Sechs Monate ab dem Tag, an dem du dich zum ersten Mal mit deinem Code anmeldest, wenn dir im Workshop nichts anderes gesagt wird.
Was passiert, wenn mein Zugang abläuft?
Danach kannst du dich mit dem Code nicht mehr anmelden. Lade deine Ergebnisse deshalb vorher herunter. Deine Inhalte auf unserem Server löschen wir spätestens zwölf Monate nach Ablauf, auf Wunsch sofort. Machst du bis dahin einen weiteren Workshop, übertrage ich deinen Stand gern auf den neuen Code.
Mein Zugangscode funktioniert nicht. Was kann ich tun?
Meist ist es eine Kleinigkeit. Kopiere den Code genau so, wie du ihn im Workshop bekommen hast, ohne Leerzeichen davor oder danach. Groß- und Kleinschreibung zählt. Klappt es weiterhin nicht, schreib mir kurz mit dem Code, ich sehe nach.
Wo werden meine Eingaben gespeichert?
In deinem Browser und auf unserem Server in der EU, unter einer Kennung, die aus deinem Code berechnet wird. Ein Konto, deinen Namen oder deine E-Mail-Adresse brauche ich dafür nicht. So kannst du an jedem Gerät weiterarbeiten. Wer deinen Code kennt, kommt an deine Arbeit, gib ihn deshalb nicht weiter, auch nicht im eigenen Betrieb. Wer den Workshop gebucht hat, sieht deine Inhalte nicht. Alle Einzelheiten stehen in der Datenschutzerklärung.
Was passiert mit meinen Eingaben bei der KI?
Für den KI Funken, für Leonie und für das Ausformulieren schicken wir die nötigen Eingaben an unseren KI-Dienstleister Anthropic. Anthropic verwendet sie nicht zum Training und löscht sie nach kurzer Zeit. Bei uns werden diese Anfragen nur gezählt.
Kann ich an mehreren Geräten arbeiten?
Ja. Melde dich am nächsten Gerät mit demselben Code an, deine Arbeit reist mit. Du kannst am Schreibtisch beginnen und unterwegs am Tablet weiterdenken.
Kann ich auf Englisch arbeiten?
Ja. Oben rechts schaltest du zwischen Deutsch und Englisch um. Fragen, Oberfläche, der KI Funke und die Spracheingabe wechseln mit.
Wer ist Leonie?
Leonie ist die Hilfe in den Stationen und beantwortet Fragen zur Bedienung, etwa wie du speicherst, druckst oder zurückgehst. Leonie ist eine KI und kein Mensch. Zu deinem Vorhaben selbst fragt der KI Funke nach, und im Workshop ich.
Funktioniert die Spracheingabe in jedem Browser?
Am stabilsten läuft sie in Chrome und Edge. Safari und Firefox unterstützen sie nur eingeschränkt oder gar nicht, Tippen geht dort natürlich trotzdem. Das Mikrofon gibst du beim ersten Mal im Browser frei.

ideatio is a guided thinking process that takes you from the first market observation to a finished decision brief. Five stations, each building on the one before: Understand, Discover, Decide, Build, Persuade. The AI asks questions and orders your answers. The real work is done with what only you bring: your experience of your business.
Who is ideatio for?
For business owners and their teams who know that something has to change and find little time in daily business to work out what. ideatio is made for existing companies. If you want to start a business from scratch, funditio.ai is the right path.
How do I get to ideatio?
In two steps. First the 2030 Check: thirty minutes online, free of charge, we look together at where your company stands. Then the ideatio 2030 sprint workshop: one day, ending with three new business opportunities and a clear direction. In the workshop every participant receives their own access code for the whole journey.
What does ideatio cost?
The 2030 Check is free. The sprint workshop costs 1,950 euros for one day, net plus VAT, access for the participants included. Support beyond the workshop and sparring hours are available on request.
Can I use ideatio without a workshop?
You can take the trial run any time, free of charge. The whole journey comes with the workshop, because it brings the most with guidance. If you are looking for another way, write to me and we will find a solution.
What is the trial run?
The trial run is the first station to try out: free, without signing in and without an email address. Your entries stay in your browser. At the end you take your thoughts with you as a PDF. Twenty minutes are enough for a first impression.
How long does my access last?
Six months from the day you first sign in with your code, unless you are told otherwise in the workshop.
What happens when my access ends?
After that you can no longer sign in with the code. So download your results beforehand. We delete your content on our server no later than twelve months after expiry, or straight away if you ask. If you take another workshop before then, I am happy to transfer your work to the new code.
My access code doesn’t work. What can I do?
Usually it is something small. Copy the code exactly as you received it in the workshop, without a space before or after. Upper and lower case matter. If it still does not work, send me a short note with the code and I will take a look.
Where are my entries stored?
In your browser and on our server in the EU, under an identifier calculated from your code. I do not need an account, your name or your email address for this. That way you can keep working on any device. Anyone who knows your code can reach your work, so do not pass it on, not even within your company. Whoever booked the workshop does not see your content. All details are in the privacy policy.
What happens to my entries with the AI?
For the spark, for Leonie and for writing out your text, we send the entries needed to our AI provider Anthropic. Anthropic does not use them for training and deletes them after a short time. On our side these requests are only counted.
Can I work on several devices?
Yes. Sign in on the next device with the same code and your work comes with you. You can start at your desk and keep thinking on a tablet while you are out.
Can I work in English?
Yes. Switch between German and English at the top right. Questions, interface, the spark and voice input switch with it.
Who is Leonie?
Leonie is the help inside the stations and answers questions about using ideatio, such as how to save, print or go back. Leonie is an AI, not a person. For your project itself, the spark asks the questions, and in the workshop I do.
Does voice input work in every browser?
It runs most reliably in Chrome and Edge. Safari and Firefox support it only partly or not at all, typing works there of course. Allow the microphone in your browser the first time.
