1. Wer verantwortlich ist
1.1 Verantwortlicher im Sinne von Art 4 Z 7 DSGVO für die Verarbeitung auf ideatio.ai ist Mag. Dr. Gerold Weiß Unternehmensberatung, Einzelunternehmen, Verdistraße 3, 4600 Schleißheim, Österreich, UID ATU63887422, E-Mail hallo@ideatio.ai („wir“).
1.2 Ein Datenschutzbeauftragter ist nicht bestellt, weil die Voraussetzungen des Art 37 DSGVO nicht vorliegen. Für alle Fragen zum Datenschutz erreichst du uns unter hallo@ideatio.ai.
1.3 Diese Erklärung informiert nach Art 13 und 14 DSGVO darüber, welche personenbezogenen Daten wir auf ideatio.ai verarbeiten, wozu, auf welcher Grundlage, wie lange und an wen sie gehen.
2. Auf einen Blick
2.1 ideatio.ai braucht kein Konto. Für die Nutzung erfassen wir weder deinen Namen noch deine E-Mail-Adresse. Deine Arbeit speichern wir unter einer Kennung, die aus deinem Zugangscode abgeleitet ist.
2.2 Was du an eine KI-Funktion schickst, geht an unseren KI-Dienstleister Anthropic in den USA. Anthropic verwendet diese Daten nicht zum Training seiner Modelle.
2.3 Wir setzen keine Cookies, keine Analysewerkzeuge, keine Werbung und keine Schriften oder Programme von fremden Servern ein.
2.4 Den Zugang zu ideatio.ai erhältst du in einem Workshop. Zahlungsdaten von Teilnehmenden verarbeiten wir nicht.
3. Aufruf der Website
3.1 Wenn du ideatio.ai aufrufst, verarbeitet unser Server technisch notwendige Daten: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Adresse, übertragene Datenmenge, die zuvor besuchte Seite sowie Browser und Betriebssystem. Diese Daten landen in Protokolldateien des Servers.
3.2 Zweck ist der sichere und fehlerfreie Betrieb, etwa die Abwehr von Angriffen und die Fehlersuche. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse nach Art 6 Abs 1 lit f DSGVO.
3.3 Die Protokolldateien werden nach 14 Tagen gelöscht.
4. Probelauf ohne Code
4.1 Im Probelauf (erste Station) speichert ideatio.ai deine Eingaben nur im Speicher deines Browsers (localStorage). Sie gehen nicht an unseren Server. Auch die PDF zum Mitnehmen entsteht in deinem Browser.
4.2 Nutzt du im Probelauf den KI Funken, gehen die dafür nötigen Eingaben an Anthropic (Punkt 6). Wir speichern sie nicht.
4.3 Löst du später im selben Browser einen Code ein, werden deine Probeeingaben mit deiner übrigen Arbeit auf unserem Server gespeichert (Punkt 5).
5. Nutzung mit Zugangscode
5.1 Was wir speichern. Damit du an jedem Gerät weiterarbeiten kannst und deine Arbeit erhalten bleibt, schickt ideatio.ai deinen Arbeitsstand laufend an unseren Server. Dort liegt er in einer Datei je Code. Die Datei ist nach einer Kennung benannt, die aus deinem Code berechnet wird und keinen Rückschluss auf den Code zulässt. Zusätzlich speichern wir, an welchem Tag ein Code zum ersten Mal eingelöst wurde, damit die Laufzeit berechnet werden kann.
5.2 Wer zuordnen kann. Wir erfassen keinen Namen und keine E-Mail-Adresse. Eine Zuordnung zu einer Person ist trotzdem möglich, weil wir Workshopcodes an bekannte Teilnehmende ausgeben und persönliche Codes auf einen Namen vergeben. Wir nehmen eine solche Zuordnung nur vor, wenn du uns darum bittest, für die Arbeit im Workshop, oder wenn das Gesetz es verlangt. Wer den Workshop gebucht hat, etwa dein Arbeitgeber, sieht deine Inhalte nicht.
5.3 Anmeldung. Beim Anmelden prüft unser Server den Code und gibt deinem Browser ein Zugangszeichen, das zwölf Stunden gilt und im Sitzungsspeicher des Browsers (sessionStorage) liegt. Es wird beim Schließen des Browsers gelöscht.
5.4 Rechtsgrundlage ist die Erfüllung des Nutzungsvertrags nach Art 6 Abs 1 lit b DSGVO.
5.5 Speicherdauer. Solange dein Code gilt. Nach Ablauf löschen wir die Inhalte in regelmäßigen Abständen, spätestens zwölf Monate nach Ablauf. Auf deinen Wunsch löschen wir sofort. Den Tag der ersten Einlösung bewahren wir bis zum Ablauf des Codes auf.
6. KI-Funktionen
6.1 ideatio.ai nutzt künstliche Intelligenz für den KI Funken, für die Hilfe Leonie und für Funktionen, die deine Stichworte zu ganzen Sätzen oder Folien formulieren. Dafür schickt unser Server die nötigen Eingaben, etwa deine Antworten in der jeweiligen Station oder deine Frage an Leonie, an die Programmierschnittstelle von Anthropic. Dein Code, deine IP-Adresse oder Kontaktdaten gehen dabei nicht mit.
6.2 Anbieter ist die Anthropic PBC, San Francisco, USA. Anthropic verarbeitet die Daten als unser Auftragsverarbeiter nach Art 28 DSGVO auf Grundlage seiner Auftragsverarbeitungsvereinbarung. Nach den derzeitigen Bedingungen verwendet Anthropic Daten aus der Programmierschnittstelle nicht zum Training und löscht sie innerhalb von 30 Tagen, außer bei Verdacht auf Missbrauch oder wenn das Gesetz eine längere Speicherung verlangt.
6.3 Die Daten werden dabei in die USA übermittelt. Grundlage sind die Standardvertragsklauseln der EU-Kommission nach Art 46 Abs 2 lit c DSGVO, die Teil der Vereinbarung mit Anthropic sind. Eine Kopie erhältst du auf Anfrage.
6.4 Bei uns werden die Eingaben an die KI nicht gespeichert. Wir zählen nur die Anfragen, damit wir die Kosten begrenzen und Missbrauch erkennen können. Was die KI zurückgibt, wird Teil deines Arbeitsstands (Punkt 5). Rechtsgrundlage ist Art 6 Abs 1 lit b DSGVO.
6.5 Die KI trifft keine Entscheidungen über dich. Eine automatisierte Entscheidung im Einzelfall oder ein Profiling nach Art 22 DSGVO findet nicht statt.
6.6 Bitte gib keine Gesundheitsdaten oder andere besondere Kategorien personenbezogener Daten ein und keine Daten anderer Personen, die für deine Arbeit nicht nötig sind.
7. Workshops und Anfragen
7.1 Fragst du einen 2030-Check, einen Sprintworkshop oder eine Sparring-Stunde an, verarbeiten wir deine Nachricht, deinen Namen, deine E-Mail-Adresse, dein Unternehmen und was du uns sonst mitteilst. Kommt ein Auftrag zustande, zusätzlich die Rechnungsdaten des Auftraggebers und die Namen der Teilnehmenden, soweit wir sie für die Organisation brauchen.
7.2 Zweck ist die Beantwortung der Anfrage sowie die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Abrechnung des Workshops. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art 6 Abs 1 lit b DSGVO, für Rechnungen lit c.
7.3 Anfragen ohne Auftrag löschen wir nach zwölf Monaten. Vertrags- und Rechnungsunterlagen bewahren wir sieben Jahre auf (§ 132 BAO).
8. Früherer Kauf über Digistore24
8.1 Bis 30. September 2026 konnte der Zugang zu ideatio.ai bei der Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Peter-Straße 2, 66386 St. Ingbert, Deutschland, gekauft werden. Digistore24 hat dabei die für Kauf, Zahlung und Rechnung nötigen Daten als eigener Verantwortlicher erhoben. Es gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Digistore24.
8.2 Die Bestelldaten, die wir von Digistore24 erhalten haben (Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Bestellnummer, ausgelieferter Code), bewahren wir sieben Jahre ab dem Kauf auf (§ 132 BAO).
9. Kontakt per E-Mail
Schreibst du uns, verarbeiten wir deine Nachricht und deine Kontaktdaten, um dir zu antworten. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art 6 Abs 1 lit b oder lit f DSGVO. Wir löschen die Nachricht, wenn die Sache erledigt ist, außer gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten verlangen mehr. Unsere E-Mail-Postfächer betreibt die Hetzner Online GmbH in Deutschland.
10. Speicher im Browser
10.1 ideatio.ai setzt keine Cookies. Für den Betrieb nötig ist der Speicher deines Browsers:
- im localStorage dein Arbeitsstand, deine Sprachwahl und ob du bestimmte Hinweise schon gesehen hast,
- im sessionStorage das Zugangszeichen nach der Anmeldung (Punkt 5.3).
10.2 Diese Speicherung ist für den Dienst, den du ausdrücklich nutzt, unbedingt erforderlich (§ 165 Abs 3 TKG 2021). Rechtsgrundlage für die damit verbundene Verarbeitung ist Art 6 Abs 1 lit b DSGVO. Du kannst den Speicher jederzeit in deinem Browser löschen. Ohne Code geht damit auch dein Probelauf verloren.
11. Keine fremden Inhalte
Schriften und Programmbibliotheken liefert ideatio.ai vom eigenen Server aus. Beim Aufruf der Seiten entsteht keine Verbindung zu Servern Dritter. Links auf fremde Seiten, etwa zu geroldweisz.com, werden erst durch deinen Klick aufgerufen. Dort gilt der Datenschutz des jeweiligen Anbieters.
12. Empfänger
12.1 Auftragsverarbeiter nach Art 28 DSGVO, mit denen eine entsprechende Vereinbarung besteht:
- Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Deutschland, für den Betrieb des Servers, Rechenzentrum in Falkenstein, Deutschland,
- Anthropic (Punkt 6) für die KI-Funktionen,
- Hetzner Online GmbH auch für die E-Mail-Postfächer.
12.2 Eigene Verantwortliche: Digistore24 für frühere Käufe (Punkt 8), dazu Behörden, Gerichte und unsere Steuerberatung, soweit das Gesetz es verlangt.
12.3 Eine Übermittlung in ein Land außerhalb des EWR findet nur an Anthropic statt (Punkt 6.3).
13. Sicherheit
Die Verbindung zu ideatio.ai ist verschlüsselt (TLS). Der Server prüft jeden Code und jedes Zugangszeichen mit einer Signatur. Die Kennung deiner Datei lässt keinen Rückschluss auf deinen Code zu. Auf den Server haben nur wir Zugriff. Wir treffen technische und organisatorische Maßnahmen nach Art 32 DSGVO und passen sie an den Stand der Technik an.
14. Deine Rechte
14.1 Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft (Art 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art 16), Löschung (Art 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art 20) und Widerspruch gegen Verarbeitungen auf Grundlage berechtigter Interessen (Art 21). Eine Einwilligung kannst du jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen (Art 7 Abs 3).
14.2 Schreib uns dazu an hallo@ideatio.ai. Weil wir deine Inhalte nur unter deinem Code finden, brauchen wir für Auskunft oder Löschung deinen Code (Art 11 Abs 2 DSGVO). Schick ihn uns nur über einen Weg, dem du vertraust.
14.3 Du hast das Recht, dich bei der Österreichischen Datenschutzbehörde zu beschweren, Barichgasse 40 bis 42, 1030 Wien, dsb@dsb.gv.at, www.dsb.gv.at.
15. Änderungen
Wir passen diese Erklärung an, wenn sich ideatio.ai oder die Rechtslage ändert. Es gilt die Fassung, die auf ideatio.ai/datenschutz.html abrufbar ist. Stand: 2. Oktober 2026.

1. Who is responsible
1.1 The controller within the meaning of Art 4(7) GDPR for processing on ideatio.ai is Mag. Dr. Gerold Weiß Unternehmensberatung, sole proprietorship, Verdistraße 3, 4600 Schleißheim, Austria, VAT ID ATU63887422, email hallo@ideatio.ai (“we”).
1.2 No data protection officer has been appointed, because the requirements of Art 37 GDPR are not met. For any questions about data protection, you can reach us at hallo@ideatio.ai.
1.3 In accordance with Art 13 and 14 GDPR, this policy informs you which personal data we process on ideatio.ai, for what purpose, on what legal basis, for how long and to whom it is passed on.
2. At a glance
2.1 ideatio.ai does not need an account. We record neither your name nor your email address for using it. We store your work under an identifier derived from your access code.
2.2 Whatever you send to an AI feature goes to our AI service provider Anthropic in the USA. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
2.3 We use no cookies, no analytics tools, no advertising and no fonts or scripts from third-party servers.
2.4 You receive access to ideatio.ai in a workshop. We do not process payment data of participants.
3. Visiting the website
3.1 When you visit ideatio.ai, our server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the amount of data transferred, the previously visited page, and your browser and operating system. This data is recorded in the server’s log files.
3.2 The purpose is secure and error-free operation, for example defending against attacks and troubleshooting. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3.3 The log files are deleted after 14 days.
4. Trial run without a code
4.1 In the trial run (first station), ideatio.ai stores your entries only in your browser’s storage (localStorage). They are not sent to our server. The PDF to take away is also created in your browser.
4.2 If you use the spark during the trial run, the entries it needs are sent to Anthropic (section 6). We do not store them.
4.3 If you later redeem a code in the same browser, your trial entries are stored on our server together with the rest of your work (section 5).
5. Use with an access code
5.1 What we store. So that you can continue working on any device and your work is preserved, ideatio.ai continuously sends your current progress to our server. There it is kept in one file per code. The file is named after an identifier that is calculated from your code and does not allow the code to be deduced. We also store the day on which a code was first redeemed, so that its term can be calculated.
5.2 Who can link it to you. We record no name and no email address. It is nevertheless possible to link the data to a person, because we issue workshop codes to known participants and assign personal codes in someone’s name. We only make such a link if you ask us to, for the work in the workshop, or if the law requires it. Whoever booked the workshop, for example your employer, does not see your content.
5.3 Sign-in. When you sign in, our server checks the code and gives your browser an access token that is valid for twelve hours and is kept in the browser’s session storage (sessionStorage). It is deleted when you close the browser.
5.4 The legal basis is the performance of the user agreement under Art 6(1)(b) GDPR.
5.5 Storage period. As long as your code is valid. After it expires, we delete the content at regular intervals, at the latest twelve months after expiry. At your request, we delete it immediately. We keep the day of first redemption until the code expires.
6. AI features
6.1 ideatio.ai uses artificial intelligence for the spark, for the helper Leonie and for features that turn your keywords into full sentences or slides. For this, our server sends the necessary entries, for example your answers in the relevant station or your question to Leonie, to Anthropic’s application programming interface (API). Your code, your IP address and your contact details are not sent along.
6.2 The provider is Anthropic PBC, San Francisco, USA. Anthropic processes the data as our processor under Art 28 GDPR on the basis of its data processing agreement. Under its current terms, Anthropic does not use data from the API for training and deletes it within 30 days, except where misuse is suspected or the law requires longer storage.
6.3 In the process, the data is transferred to the USA. This is based on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission under Art 46(2)(c) GDPR, which form part of the agreement with Anthropic. You can obtain a copy on request.
6.4 We do not store the entries sent to the AI. We only count the requests, so that we can limit costs and detect misuse. What the AI returns becomes part of your current progress (section 5). The legal basis is Art 6(1)(b) GDPR.
6.5 The AI makes no decisions about you. No automated individual decision-making or profiling under Art 22 GDPR takes place.
6.6 Please do not enter health data or other special categories of personal data, and no data about other people that is not needed for your work.
7. Workshops and enquiries
7.1 If you enquire about a 2030 check, a sprint workshop or a sparring hour, we process your message, your name, your email address, your company and anything else you tell us. If an engagement is concluded, we also process the billing data of the client and the names of the participants, insofar as we need them for the organisation.
7.2 The purpose is to answer the enquiry and to prepare, run and invoice the workshop. The legal basis is Art 6(1)(b) GDPR, and (c) for invoices.
7.3 We delete enquiries that do not lead to an engagement after twelve months. We keep contract and invoice records for seven years (section 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO)).
8. Earlier purchase via Digistore24
8.1 Until 30 September 2026, access to ideatio.ai could be purchased from Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Peter-Straße 2, 66386 St. Ingbert, Germany. Digistore24 collected the data needed for purchase, payment and invoicing as a controller in its own right. The privacy policy of Digistore24 applies.
8.2 We keep the order data we received from Digistore24 (name, email address, order number, code delivered) for seven years from the date of purchase (section 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO)).
9. Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your message and your contact details in order to reply to you. The legal basis is Art 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We delete the message once the matter has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations require longer. Our email mailboxes are operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany.
10. Storage in the browser
10.1 ideatio.ai sets no cookies. Your browser’s storage is needed for operation:
- in localStorage, your current progress, your language choice and whether you have already seen certain notices,
- in sessionStorage, the access token after sign-in (section 5.3).
10.2 This storage is strictly necessary for the service you have expressly requested (section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021)). The legal basis for the related processing is Art 6(1)(b) GDPR. You can clear this storage in your browser at any time. Without a code, this also deletes your trial run.
11. No third-party content
ideatio.ai delivers fonts and program libraries from its own server. Visiting the pages creates no connection to third-party servers. Links to other websites, for example to geroldweisz.com, are only opened when you click them. The data protection policy of the respective provider applies there.
12. Recipients
12.1 Processors under Art 28 GDPR with whom a corresponding agreement is in place:
- Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, for operating the server, data centre in Falkenstein, Germany,
- Anthropic (section 6) for the AI features,
- Hetzner Online GmbH also for the email mailboxes.
12.2 Independent controllers: Digistore24 for earlier purchases (section 8), and also public authorities, courts and our tax advisers, insofar as the law requires.
12.3 Data is transferred to a country outside the EEA only to Anthropic (section 6.3).
13. Security
The connection to ideatio.ai is encrypted (TLS). The server checks every code and every access token with a signature. The identifier of your file does not allow your code to be deduced. Only we have access to the server. We take technical and organisational measures under Art 32 GDPR and adapt them to the state of the art.
14. Your rights
14.1 You have the right of access (Art 15 GDPR), rectification (Art 16), erasure (Art 17), restriction of processing (Art 18), data portability (Art 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art 7(3)).
14.2 To do so, write to us at hallo@ideatio.ai. Because we can only find your content under your code, we need your code for access or erasure requests (Art 11(2) GDPR). Only send it to us through a channel you trust.
14.3 You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40 to 42, 1030 Wien, dsb@dsb.gv.at, www.dsb.gv.at.
15. Changes
We adapt this policy when ideatio.ai or the legal situation changes. The version available at ideatio.ai/datenschutz.html applies. Last updated: 2 October 2026.
